In addition to traditional Static Qigong methods (Meditation/Seated Practice and Breathing exercises), the Thiếu Lâm Phật Gia Võ Đạo traditional martial arts school also emphasizes Dynamic Qigong through martial arts movements.

We introduce two core Dynamic Qigong sets, including:

  • 18 Hard Forms: Training for strength and fierceness/courage.
  • 18 Soft Forms: Cultivating flexibility and agility/suppleness.
